At Forza, we follow the most up-to-date recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control to provide to most protection possible for our clients.We recognize that CDC guidelines are regularly changing and in order to help keep you safe, be assured that our staff:

• Wear masks throughout your sessions
• Performs hand hygiene throughout your session and between clients
• Disinfects all equipment between clients
